What the request form collects

Your name, ministry if supplied, town, phone number, optional email, area of interest, and introductory message. Please leave out identity documents, banking credentials, medical records and sensitive counselling details.

How your details are used

CAR uses them to review your request, contact you and record appropriate follow-up. Institute enquiries can be discussed with you before information is passed to another team. A request does not enrol you in a programme or add you to a marketing list.

Who can review requests

The designated administrator, Apostle Given’s admin@nathanael.co.za account, can access submissions and private review notes. Hosting and payment providers process information needed to operate their services. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law or to address a serious safety concern.

Storage and retention

Requests and review notes are encrypted in the database, with their encryption key stored outside the public website folder. Unsuccessful or withdrawn requests are scheduled for deletion 30 days after being closed. Requests in an ongoing relationship remain under review; contact us to discuss access, correction or deletion.

Server cleanup and backup expiry must be configured by the hosting administrator before collection starts. Backups may retain deleted records until their backup cycle expires; the backup period is not yet confirmed. Online collection is disabled until setup and testing are complete.

Contact and your choices

Contact given@nathanael.co.za or 068 114 9834 to ask about your information, correct a detail or withdraw a request. We may need to confirm your identity before releasing information.

Cookies and external services

The public pages do not include advertising trackers. Secure forms and administration use essential session cookies. WhatsApp, Charis Ministry Institute and PayFast operate under their own notices when you choose to use them.

Payment information

CAR records the gift amount, purpose, reference and verified payment status. Card details are entered on PayFast, not on the CAR form. Nathanael’s merchant account processes online gifts.
